We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented department manager with an eye for detail to join our team at K-Supermarket Lempola in Lohja. You will be responsible for the commercial appearance, functionality, and results of your department, combining careful planning with active execution on the sales floor. Key tasks include managing the department, ensuring a tidy, abundant, and seasonally attractive display, monitoring sales, managing pricing and waste, and assisting customers with product advice. We expect you to have solid experience in grocery retail, an eye for visual merchandising, the ability to work independently, and a valid hygiene passport. You should be flexible to work during all store hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
