Early Childhood Education Teacher - Paimion kaupunki - Paimio, Finland

The Early Childhood Education Services of the City of Paimio have a vacancy for a permanent early childhood education teacher starting from August 3, 2026. The primary placement for the teacher is at Lempilä Daycare. Qualifications required for the position include eligibility under the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018); a Bachelor's degree in Education (vo, lto), a Bachelor of Social Services (early childhood education), or an equivalent previous qualification, e.g., kindergarten teacher or social educator (Act 272/2005 and Decree 608/2005). Additionally, the position requires good pedagogical skills, a development-oriented attitude, initiative, flexibility, strong interaction skills, and the necessary IT skills. The level salary for a Paimio early childhood teacher, based on responsibilities, is €3012.11/month plus OVTES qualification supplements based on education and possible experience bonuses.
