We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and highly skilled Store Location Manager to strengthen Kesko's store location acquisition team in the Helsinki metropolitan area and southern Finland. Your role involves developing, establishing, and negotiating leases for Kesko's store locations in collaboration with a strong professional team. You will ensure Kesko has stores and locations where our customers are, working with internal and external stakeholders. You need the ability to see the big picture and make justified decisions. You will actively write and present project proposals to promote store development and investments. We expect you to have a relevant higher education degree (e.g., KTM), solid experience in real estate business and leasing, basic knowledge of property maintenance and technical systems, and familiarity with zoning processes. You should have excellent cooperation and negotiation skills, proactive approach, fluent written and spoken communication, patience, and resilience under pressure. You are solution-oriented and development-minded.
