Part-time Cleaner, Valkeakoski - Välkky HR - Tampere, Finland

Our client is a family-owned cleaning company based in Valkeakoski, providing a variety of cleaning services. As the business grows, we are looking to add a team member to our client company's team for part-time cleaning work mainly in Valkeakoski, but there may also be assignments in Lempäälä and Akaa regions. Hours are offered based on skills, initially approximately 20-25 hours per week, with potential for full hours later depending on competence and experience. We are seeking a candidate for a permanent employment relationship starting as a temporary agency contract. Work tasks can vary from simple to demanding cleaning jobs, including home cleaning, commercial premises, and factory facilities, so the applicant must have at least a few years of diverse cleaning experience. Formal training in the field is an advantage. The applicant is expected to have strong Finnish language skills, good social and customer service skills, and knowledge of cleaning equipment and methods. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality work are essential. A personal car is required due to the locations of assignments (mileage compensation).
