Systems Specialist: Configuration Management( Sweden) - M-Files Oy - Remote - Global

As a System Specialist (Configuration Management), you will be configuring M-Files to meet the customer needs. No coding skills are needed. You will work closely with your team in both national and international customer projects by sharing your knowledge and sparring with your colleagues. Your daily work consists mostly of consulting with direct customers and M-Files partners in M-Files projects. You will be supporting our customers in developing their business processes with the use of our product. Your main responsibilities include configuring business requirements with the customer and planning a system design with the ascertained requirements. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution's lifecycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.
