Nurse Substitute in Children's Emergency Department - HUS diagnostiikkakeskus - Espoo, Finland

We are currently seeking a nurse for a temporary position in the Children's Emergency Department at Jorvi! Welcome to work at Finland's second-largest children's emergency department at Jorvi Hospital. We treat children under 16 years old with specialized healthcare needs and general medical patients from all specialties. The ward also has observation beds for patients who need monitoring before discharge or transfer to another ward. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills broadly in specialized emergency care and to learn new things. We work closely with other units at Jorvi and the New Children's Hospital. You will receive comprehensive onboarding from experienced professionals already working there. Jorvi's Children's Emergency Department is an inspiring workplace. The salary for this position is €3,146.75 per month, with possible experience and other allowances. The work involves shift work. Eligibility requirements: - Licensed nurse. - Proficiency in Finnish (good spoken and written skills) and satisfactory proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written), or good spoken and written skills in Swedish and satisfactory skills in Finnish. - We require vaccination against infectious diseases as per the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient areas, and health status verification for tuberculosis for healthcare workers. - The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required for working with children.
