We are looking for a skilled carpet installer for a permanent position with our client. The work locations are throughout Uusimaa, so mobility is required. As a carpet installer, you will be responsible for various floor installations at customer sites. Your tasks include preparing and measuring the sites and substrates (including monitoring installation temperature), making seams, and installing different carpets and flooring materials. You will also handle post-installation care and potential after-sales service for customers. We require strong experience in installing various flooring materials, both in private and public spaces. Familiarity with the following concepts is expected: vinyl flooring, tape, hot glue gun, and carpet padding. You should also understand the appropriate temperature and humidity conditions for installations. Experience with substrate neutralization is a plus. The job requires precision, manual skills, and a willingness to learn new methods. The work is performed independently, but support from your team is available when needed.
