Project Worker - Sports and Activity Coordinator - Mynämäen kunta - Mynämäki, Finland

We are seeking a sports and well-being professional for a fixed-term position as a project worker from August 17, 2026, to July 31, 2027, to promote physical activity and well-being among children and youth in the school community. As a project worker, you will serve as a developer of a physical activity culture and Move activities in the daily life of schools. Your task is to influence school operations and structures to better enable an active and physically active lifestyle for every child and youth daily. Key duties include developing and promoting a physical activity culture in schools, increasing activity during breaks, organizing sports events, building collaboration models, coordinating cooperation between leisure activities and schools, planning the Move process, and documenting activities. Qualifications include a relevant degree (e.g., Sports Instructor, Community Pedagogue), experience with children and youth, ability to work independently, good communication skills, basic knowledge of information systems, and the ability to use a personal car.
