CNC Machinist for a machining center in Tampere! Job description You will primarily work on the production of small batches and single pieces, so the work requires good CNC machining skills as well as the ability to perform programming and machine setups. We are looking for a doer who enjoys varied machining and is not afraid of responsibility for machine adjustments and programming. In your role, you will be responsible for the operation of the CNC machining center, from programming and setup to the measurement of the finished part. The parts to be machined vary according to customer needs, so the work offers diverse challenges and the opportunity to utilize your professional skills extensively. Your duties include, among others: * Programming and setting up the CNC machining center * Selection, replacement, and optimization of tools * Production of single pieces and small batches according to technical drawings * Measurement and quality assurance of parts * Cooperation with other production staff In this role, you will machine parts from several different materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and special materials. We value experience in CAM programming and the ability to read technical drawings independently. Experience with Hypermill software and 4-axis machining is considered an advantage.
