In Auroranportti's 24/7 service housing, we offer substance-free round-the-clock accommodation services for 14 mental health and/or substance abuse rehabilitees. The community living unit opened in May 2025 is also located on the same premises, allowing you to be part of a growing and developing entity. Our operations are actively evolving, and we want to involve both staff and clients in building an even better everyday life and service. At the core of our work is supporting clients in sobriety and strengthening their psychological, physical, social, and cognitive functioning — towards more independent living. What does the work involve? As a guide, you work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting clients according to their individual goals. Your work is diverse and practical everyday guidance, assisting clients with: - supporting sobriety - managing daily life and finances - monitoring mental well-being - maintaining care contacts and implementing care plans - administering medication - maintaining circadian rhythms - social situations and outside-the-home errands - self-care Additionally, you participate in group and individual guidance, collaborate with various partners, and guide clients in services and official matters.
