The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions, and managing cross functional teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects. Responsibilities - Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. - Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Utilize SAP FICO for financial tracking and reporting related to project budgets and expenditures. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. - Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development. Mandatory Skills - Proven experience in project management within the software development domain. - Strong knowledge and hands on experience with SAP FICO. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
