Your tasks As a nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating rehabilitative care for clients. You will lead nursing work with a professional approach and work closely with daily tasks, guiding practical nurses, care assistants, and care workers, while ensuring the quality and smoothness of care. You will work in close multidisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other partners, and maintain active communication with relatives. You will handle medication planning, implementation, and evaluation, and ensure the execution of care instructions within the unit. You will monitor clients' well-being holistically, perform RAI assessments, and ensure that activities are based on up-to-date nursing knowledge. Your work will also include other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Vuokkokoti is a 24/7 residential service unit located in Koivula, Turku, built in 2019, with good transportation connections and ample free parking. The building also has a lockable bicycle storage.
