Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT environment? In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, especially within the German market and ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include owning and driving end-to-end project delivery, leading and coordinating project teams and consultants, facilitating regular status meetings, steering committees, and reporting, ensuring projects run smoothly and achieve objectives, managing risks, changes, and complex stakeholder situations, building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, overseeing budget tracking and invoicing, and contributing to improving ways of working and agile practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in IT project management, proven SaaS experience, strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills, fluency in German and English, and familiarity with PM frameworks like IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2. Nice to have skills include experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments and familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement.
