Job Description
This post will provide assistance to maintain books of accounts of the company. Your responsibilities will include: Cost all apparel identification products manufactured by the company, Maintain Accounts Payable ledger in Oracle ERP system, Reconcile Accounts Payable ledger to monthly vendor statements, Post journal entries to Oracle ERP system, Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis, Support Assistant Finance Manager in treasury related activities, Prepare other reports required by Assistant Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and other work entrusted by them. Adhere to/support ISO 9001/2000 procedures, support health and safety standards, follow environmental management system, and develop skills through training. Ensure company policies and confidentiality are maintained.
