Projektikoordinaattori, Vantaa - Academic Work

In this role, you will be an important part of an international brand company's project work. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of logistics-related IT and administrative projects. You will ensure that projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and potential obstacles and risks are identified and addressed. This is not an administrative monitoring role, but a practical, hands-on position. You will have the opportunity to take control, ensure project progress, and act as a key link between different stakeholders. You will work in Vantaa with a flexible hybrid model, supporting logistics, IT, and stakeholder communication. The role involves coordinating projects, supporting IT and SAP projects, working closely with logistics managers, and preparing communication materials. The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT, SAP, ERP, logistics, or supply chain projects, excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, and a proactive attitude.
