As our Design Manager, you will prepare structural plans for new and renovation projects, conduct strength, thermal, and moisture analyses, and oversee the overall planning, coordinate projects, manage schedules, and communicate with clients. You will also act as a deputy group leader for structural design, participate in tender calculations, sales, marketing, and client relations, and influence your tasks. Your work will be tailored to your projects, skills, and interests, ensuring a motivating experience. With a strong foundation in structural engineering, you will succeed by mastering modern design software (Tekla Structures and/or Revit), working fluently with data models, and possibly having project responsibility.
