We are looking for a Property Caretaker for our client in Rovaniemi! We are seeking a motivated and proactive property caretaker responsible for the daily maintenance and repair tasks of properties in Rovaniemi. Your duties include ensuring the functionality, safety, and comfort of the properties in collaboration with the maintenance team. Your tasks include minor repairs and maintenance, periodic inspections, handling tenant maintenance requests, and outdoor area cleaning. Your responsibilities include: General maintenance and upkeep of properties, Outdoor area care and winter maintenance, Small repairs and installations, Monitoring technical systems, Handling maintenance requests and customer service, On-call duties if necessary.
