We are seeking a property maintenance worker for the property maintenance service unit within the technical center's construction services area, to join an experienced team of professionals. The duties generally include property maintenance tasks for city-owned properties and scheduled tasks in the electronic maintenance log. The property maintenance worker will be responsible for the Huutijärvi daycare and school buildings, as well as two municipal office buildings in the city center. The role also includes covering for other city facilities as needed. We require applicants to have at least a basic property maintenance qualification, good teamwork and customer service skills, a driving license, and access to a car. Previous experience with building technology systems, property maintenance, and related user services is considered an advantage. The salary for the position is determined according to the municipal collective agreement (TS) and the candidate’s work experience. The employment follows a 38.25-hour workweek. The position will be filled with a 6-month probationary period. We look forward to getting to know you and discussing what we have to offer. Join the good circle and come work in Kangasala! We include Työmarkkinatori listings so that JobCrawls covers the full breadth of the Finnish job market — including roles that only appear through official government channels and would otherwise be missed.
