Property Maintenance Outdoor Worker for Summer Job, Pirkanmaa - Välkky HR - Tampere, Finland

Our clients are Pirkanmaa-based property maintenance professionals and well-known industry operators who perform their work with high quality. We are now looking for enthusiastic and energetic outdoor property maintenance workers for summer jobs in Tampere and the Pirkanmaa region. The tasks are diverse and include outdoor area care and restoration. Responsibilities include seasonal work such as mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, and other property maintenance tasks. Seasonal employment is available from May to September. Working hours mainly fall on weekdays between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m., with part-time or full-time options. Work begins at the office, from where teams are dispatched to sites by company vehicle. Tasks vary across locations, offering diverse experiences in different environments. A proactive attitude and independent work approach are important, but since the job also involves teamwork, good collaboration skills are needed. We value a fearless attitude towards work, self-direction, and openness to new tasks. Previous experience in property maintenance is an advantage, but attitude and motivation to learn are most important. Some sites are accessible by public transport, but a personal vehicle is required for others. A driving license B and a car are beneficial. Finnish language skills are required.
