Assistant Store Manager for Rauma - Puuilo Tavaratalot Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Rauma store. The role involves responsibilities typical for an assistant store manager at Puuilo. The position is responsible and diverse. The assistant store manager acts as the operational supervisor of the store staff alongside the store manager. They share responsibility for store management, staff well-being and training, sales, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The assistant store manager ensures the store remains current and meets sales budget targets through appropriate and timely stock management, coaching, and store commerciality. They ensure staff know their tasks and timing, and develop team members' skills. Our leadership style is empathetic and problem-solving oriented to support team development.
