Fiskars Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Power Products) OUR ROLE At Fiskars, we are shaping the future of everyday living through innovative and sustainable products in gardening & cooking categories. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will contribute to developing and strengthening our global supply chain capabilities for power consumer products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-competitive product solutions across global markets. This position is based in Espoo or Billnäs, Finland and reports to the Director Manufacturing Engineering. The role is full-time and follows a hybrid working model, with moderate travel required. WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS Responsibilities: Support supplier technical validation and help build a strong global supplier network by translating business requirements into manufacturing technology solutions. Drive electronics Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities in new product development projects, ensuring efficient and competitive design solutions are implemented in NPD projects. Contribute to developing an efficient and resilient supply chain for power products. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as external partners, supply chain, R&D, and factories. Support advanced problem-solving to improve product quality and performance. Actively developing manufacturing technologies with own factories and external partners.

Requirements
- Degree in Electronics engineering
- Several years of experience in engineering in electronics, power products, or consumer products
- Experience with manufacturing technologies such as injection molding, metal production, and assembly
- Background in consumer power tools, battery technology (advantage)
- Knowledge of software technologies (advantage)
- Experience working with suppliers and global partners in NPI projects
- Ability to collaborate across cultures and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
