Welcome to us!" - Unit Manager Sofia Bärling Your workday as a practical nurse With us, the work as a practical nurse begins with a comprehensive and thorough introduction given by our experienced practical nurses. After the introduction, you have the support of the entire work community, which helps you succeed in your work. Your duties include among other things: basic care outings with our residents supporting functional capacity and monitoring residents' health status medication management close cooperation with relatives and the welfare area preparation of implementation plans for the service. You also participate in palliative care and the end of life, where you offer residents dignified, individual and secure care during their final time of life. If you wish, you can have your own area of responsibility where you can deepen and develop your competence. Information about the employment This is a permanent full-time employment. The work is three-shift work. We hope that you could start as soon as possible, but we can agree on this together. Salary In salary setting, we follow the social and health care's work and service collective agreement (SOTE agreement) and the basic salary for practical nurses is 2695.75€. We also pay a recruitment bonus of 1000 € for the position! You have valid medication authorizations, hygiene passport and vaccination protection.
