Wilderness Guide - Northern Lights Village - Remote - Global

Northern Lights Village Saariselkä is looking for an enthusiastic Wilderness Guide to join our team. The role includes greeting guests, providing safety instructions, leading outdoor activities, ensuring safety and comfort, sharing knowledge of local nature and culture, teaching wilderness skills, photographing northern lights, maintaining equipment, and reporting incidents. Requirements include experience as a guide or similar, valid B driver’s license, fluent English, first aid certificate, excellent communication skills, flexibility for various shifts, outdoor work ability, friendly attitude, and knowledge of Lapland. Preferred skills include wilderness training, photography, customer service experience, and additional languages. The position starts in October/November and ends in March/April, with minimum 90 hours per 3 weeks, salary negotiable, and accommodation available for €250/month.
