International Partnership Manager - Kultakiertue Oy - Helsinki, Finland

You will be responsible for building international partnerships and expanding our operations across Europe. Your tasks include identifying potential partners in various European countries, actively contacting them, leading initial negotiations, coordinating and managing agreements, building and maintaining partner networks, conducting market and competitor analysis, and working with management to support international growth. The role requires excellent Finnish and English skills, strong negotiation skills, experience in B2B sales, new customer acquisition, partnership development, or international negotiations. An independent, goal-oriented work style, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and courage to contact new companies and decision-makers are essential. Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian, experience in international business, networks in event or sales sectors, and B2B contract processes are considered advantageous.
