You will be supported by a wide range of early childhood education professionals in Kirkkonummi: social workers, psychologists, language and culture teachers, an early childhood education social worker, as well as a digital coordinator and other specialists. We value your interest and experience in developing pedagogy for young children. As an early childhood education teacher, you will be responsible for your team’s pedagogy, assessment, and development, and participate in the early childhood education work and development of the unit alongside the daycare director. Qualifications: Qualification as an early childhood education teacher according to the Early Childhood Education Act, section 26 (540/2018). For new early childhood education teachers/special education teachers, a recruitment bonus of €150 per month is paid for 12 months after the end of a six (6) month trial period. The bonus is conditional on a permanent employment relationship and meeting qualification requirements. The selected candidate must present a criminal background check within 30 days of receiving the employment decision (Child Welfare Act 504/2002). The position also requires a health statement regarding respiratory tuberculosis, in accordance with the Infectious Diseases Act section 55.
