Construction Project Manager - AFRY Finland - Turku, Finland

We are seeking a construction team leader for our team in Turku. The role involves managing renovation and new construction projects for office spaces and residential buildings. The team consists of 13 professionals in construction, supervision, and structural design, serving clients including individual companies, public procurement units, and housing companies. The project manager will independently lead projects according to the HJR18 (2017) standard, act as a client representative, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The team leader will develop team operations, participate in leadership meetings, and contribute to marketing and business development. The role requires experience in building construction, public projects, and relevant education (diploma engineer, AMK engineer, or construction master). Skills in RAV/RAP certification, excellent Finnish language skills, and the ability to travel by car are essential. Experience in industrial construction or data centers is a plus.
