We are currently seeking an experienced plate welder to work at Ulvila Machine Shop on versatile and demanding welding projects. This role does not involve routine work, as the welded parts vary, allowing you to apply your skills in different structures and materials. Ulvila Machine Shop is looking for a long-term and reliable team member. The work can start as soon as possible, according to agreement. Job responsibilities in brief: You will work on welding and sheet metal tasks. Primarily, you will weld structural steel, but there may also be projects involving stainless steel. Welding methods used include MIG, MAG, and TIG if necessary. We are looking for a professional with meticulous work habits and an interest in developing their skills. You are the right person if you have: Several years of experience in high-quality welding, relevant education, valid certifications, ability to read drawings and work precisely, initiative and ability to work independently, good teamwork skills and a desire to produce quality work, willingness to work in two shifts, fluent Finnish language skills.
