We are looking for a work-life coordinator to lead our work-life project, which focuses on promoting leadership and work-life skills among young women. You will recruit work trial participants and guide their work according to the goals of our work-life project. Together with the participants, you will organize workshops and events on leadership and work-life skills for young women. You will work from our office in collaboration with partners. The position is classified as level 5, under the Social Sector Organizations Collective Agreement, with a work time of 80%, duration of 4 months, starting from 24.8.2026. We expect you to have the ability to work independently, be energetic and goal-oriented to implement the project activities within the given timeframe. A background in social work (sosionomi) is suitable for this role. Previous experience as a work-life coach or guide, as well as project implementation and reporting, is appreciated. You will receive support from our small but effective and results-oriented work community, where you can also pursue your own dreams and shape the role within the project’s framework.
