Job Description

Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are creating a place where northern nature, high-quality hospitality, well-being, experiences, and refined service come together in a unique way. Part of Arcora will open a restaurant complex in December 2026. The culinary vision of the complex is led by top chef Arto Rastas. The complex includes à la carte Restaurant 8, Bar & Bakery, and a champagne bar. Arcora is a place where service is not just performance but an experience. Every detail, rhythm, and encounter is carefully considered as part of the whole. We are looking for a restaurant shift manager who can lead a shift confidently and create a seamless service experience. Responsibilities Lead the operational activities of the restaurant during your shift. Ensure smooth service flow, team cohesion, and high-quality customer experience in all situations. Participate in service yourself and support the team. Collaborate closely with management and the kitchen to ensure the overall operation functions harmoniously and subtly. We expect from you - Experience in à la carte or fine dining environments and in a supervisory role in a restaurant - Ability to manage overall operations and prioritize - Strong service attitude and situational awareness - Passion and willingness to exceed customer expectations - Good teamwork and communication skills, and readiness to work closely with other departments - Fluent English skills - Hygiene and alcohol service license What we offer - A central role in the daily operations of a new restaurant complex - Opportunities to develop into a leadership role - An inspiring work environment in Lapland - Fixed salary and comprehensive employment benefits - Possibility to stay in staff accommodation at a reasonable rent The work begins in November 2026 and continues until the end of the spring season 2027, around March-April.
