HR Specialist, Occupational Wellbeing - Helsingin kaupunki - Helsinki, Finland

Are you interested in developing work ability management to improve occupational wellbeing and reduce sick leave? Do you enjoy working closely with supervisors on work ability management? We are looking for a temporary HR specialist in occupational wellbeing for the Culture and Leisure sector. The role starts as soon as possible and ends on 31 July 2029. As an HR specialist, you will support supervisors in matters of occupational wellbeing and work ability management. Your work involves supporting supervisors, network cooperation, and utilizing data from work ability and staff surveys. You will work in a close collaboration with two other specialists in the work ability team. Your tasks include proactive support to supervisors and management, developing skills related to occupational wellbeing and work ability, monitoring work ability status with real-time data, planning effective measures, collaborating with occupational health and insurance companies, and coordinating staff survey processes and results utilization. The role requires a suitable higher university degree and good Finnish language skills. Experience in promoting occupational wellbeing is required. Good communication and interaction skills, proactive and independent working ability, and teamwork skills are expected. Experience in supporting management and coordinating staff surveys is an advantage. We offer a versatile job in a pleasant environment with a motivated team and inspiring surroundings.
