We are looking for bartenders for Oulu Kärpät's home games for the 2026–2027 season! Are you an energetic customer service professional with a shaker in hand and a smile on your face? Join the excitement at Kärpät's home games – we are now hiring bartenders for the 2026–2027 season! Your main duties will include preparing drinks, serving, and sales. As a bartender, you will ensure customer satisfaction, so your smile and customer service skills are among your most important tools. You are the right fit if you enjoy customer service and working with clients, and if you are flexible regarding work and shifts. We are looking for experienced professionals to work on the Kärpät club side as well as individuals interested in learning authentic serving tasks. Additionally, shifts are available in licensed premises, where previous licensing experience is not necessary as you will be trained for the role. The work is on a gig basis during Oulu Kärpät's home games – on weeknights and Saturdays. You are suitable for this job if you have: Previous experience in bartending Customer-oriented and positive attitude Good interaction skills and ability to work in a team Willingness to work evening shifts Fluent Finnish language skills It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: Alcohol service and hygiene certificates Experience in wine or beverage service We offer you: An hourly wage ranging from €13.70 to €15.04, according to the collective agreement for travel, restaurant, and leisure services A friendly and professional team A dedicated contact person from Worker, easily reachable to assist you personally with all employment-related matters Interested?
