Construction Industry Professionals for Element Factory in Leppävirta - RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy

We are seeking construction industry professionals for our client’s element factory in Leppävirta for a fixed-term employment. In this role, you will participate in the production of various building elements as part of a skilled team. Tasks include manufacturing, assembly, painting, outfitting, as well as finishing and packing of finished products. The work is practical, allowing you to see the tangible results of your efforts as part of completed construction solutions. We hope you have: at least 2-3 years of experience in construction or woodworking, good teamwork skills, as you will work in pairs or teams, fluent Finnish language skills, good physical condition, proactive and responsible work attitude. Work is performed in two shifts on weekdays: morning shift 6 am – 2 pm, evening shift 2 pm – 10 pm.
