Our growth continues strongly, and we are expanding our key personnel. PROJECT MANAGER Your place of residence does not matter to us. Our project managers work flexibly remotely, at customer sites in Finland and elsewhere in Europe, or at our offices in Tampere and Kotka. We are also expanding to new locations. The work is independent, and you lead your activities according to the needs of your projects. Our installation crews have site-specific foremen/site managers leading the work on-site, but you have overall responsibility for the successful completion of the project, supported by the project manager, CEO, and the entire staff. The role requires several years of experience in automation installations and excellent negotiation skills during different phases of the project. You ensure timely and quality installations for our customers and secure your share of any project-based change orders. The position is suitable for an experienced project manager or a site manager with automation expertise who is confident in their abilities and eager to grow and take the next step in their career. In addition, we require our project managers to have: - Self-driven travel readiness - Good command of English - Project accounting skills and understanding of profit margins - Responsible work attitude In addition to a fixed salary, our project managers are eligible for an annual bonus system with a maximum level of 15% of your annual earnings.
