Full-time Part-time Instructor, Aircraft Assembly/REDU - Lapin kesäyliopisto - Rovaniemi, Finland

Our full-time instructors work on an annual working hours basis according to OVTES (800 - 1500 hours per year, with a full working year including 12 vacation weeks). As an instructor, your tasks include: Teaching, guidance, and competence assessment: power plant systems, avionics, aircraft systems, maintenance technology. Other tasks: developing and maintaining teaching equipment, teaching materials, and test question banks in accordance with Part 147 requirements and agreements with REDU's various stakeholders. We require: Qualification as a vocational teacher according to regulation 986/1998 At least three years of experience in aerospace technology or aircraft maintenance tasks Industry-specific English language skills Willingness to travel within Finland and Europe (international mobility) We appreciate: Knowledge of aviation legislation Previous teaching experience Maintenance personnel with Part 66 license or extensive aircraft maintenance work experience Technical knowledge of maintenance aircraft such as Redigo, Piper Chieftain, Valmet Vinka, Beechcraft Kingair, and BAE Hawk.
