Our client is a high-quality conference hotel. The work begins in the fall, according to agreement. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, with an emphasis on high-quality buffet service from breakfast to dinner. Additionally, the establishment serves some à la carte dishes. You will also participate in menu and buffet menu planning. A car is essential for commuting.
