Work Supervisor We are looking for an industrial experienced work supervisor for an electrical installation company. What is this about? We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable work supervisor for our client. The employee is hired directly by the client. The work begins once a suitable candidate is found and is permanent. The tasks include coordinating the entire workforce. The person ensures the optimal use of resources in electrical installation operations by coordinating through site managers. At the same time, they act as a supervisor and contractual support for the site managers, hold weekly meetings, and report on project finances. The work involves continuous resource planning and scheduling, requiring flexible computer use. Tasks may also include sales activities and acquiring new customers, so sales experience and a sales-oriented mindset are considered an advantage. The role may involve travel to overseas construction sites as needed, but trips are infrequent and only based on project support needs. Candidates are required to have industrial experience, and experience in the sawmill industry is also considered an advantage. Knowledge of bid calculation and its coordination is also beneficial.
