Job Description
In the concierge and event services, 20 service professionals work. The workdays consist of handling varying and sometimes unexpected service needs within the significant work community of the Parliament. The customer service advisor works in customer service tasks within the reception and gift services team. Key responsibilities include postal and gift services as well as services related to various employment benefits. The customer service advisor also participates in providing meeting and event services together with the meeting services team. Additionally, they guide visitors in the Parliament premises if needed and handle other customer service tasks according to service requests.
