Software Quality Analyst - Civil Engineering Tools - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

A Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Bentley software products. This goal will be achieved through continuous monitoring and testing the software products, both in pre-release and released state. Work includes development of software test plans, test case models and test scripts, performing regression test and documenting test and software quality records. Design and execute test cases based on product specifications and design documents. Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Develop and maintain test plans and scripts. Log, track, and manage software defects through the bug lifecycle. Validate customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards. Support internal teams (e.g., Sales) with product insights when needed. Continuously learn and stay updated on Bentley’s Civil product suite. Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.
