Educational System Specialist - Vaasan yliopisto - Remote - Global

Vaasan yliopisto is looking for an expert in educational system services to strengthen our support for continuous learning. The role involves maintaining and developing key educational systems such as Peppi, EduPlan, and Opin.fi, ensuring their smooth operation, user support, and process development. The specialist will act as the main administrator for these systems, participate in integration projects, develop customer-oriented service processes related to course discovery, registration, payment, and study management, and collaborate with system vendors and university departments. The role requires a relevant higher education degree, experience in system utilization and development, understanding of education services and student pathways, and proficiency in Finnish and English. Experience with digital education services and student process development is an advantage. The salary ranges from €2920 to €3366, with a total monthly salary of approximately €3095–€4006 depending on experience. The position begins in September-October 2026, with a six-month trial period.
