Consultant & Senior Consultant - Deloitte Oy - Remote - Global

Monitor Deloitte is Deloitte's strategy consulting arm supporting top management worldwide. We help clients future-proof their businesses by enabling, creating, and accelerating profitable growth strategies, as well as developing, launching, and scaling business operations. Our team in Sweden consists of about 30 members working with Nordic colleagues advising some of the most influential companies in the region. Our offerings include defining sustainable long-term strategies, designing customer and go-to-market strategies, creating new business models for innovative growth, and transforming existing business models and defining future operational structures. We seek individuals with proven experience in strategic and creative thinking, storytelling, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and convincingly. Candidates should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience, experience from leading strategy or management consulting firms, advanced problem-solving skills, project leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. A university degree (e.g., MBA, engineer, industrial economics) or equivalent professional experience is required.
