Job Description
The purpose of the role is to provide regional support and maintenance services to other Valtori services and ensure the smooth operation of users' ICT services under normal, emergency, and exceptional conditions. The tasks include, among others: Customer service, Participating in workload management, Handling service requests related to event and change management and, if necessary, directing them further, Support, advice, and troubleshooting of ICT systems and applications, Installation, maintenance, device and user support, and lifecycle management of ICT endpoints and local network environments (e.g., workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, network active devices), including secure disposal.
