Are you passionate about the event industry? Do you have valuable experience in event work but want to expand your skills in personnel services? We are looking for an HR intern for AiCan Happy People's Tampere office. At AiCan Happy People, we handle recruitment and management of staff for major festivals in summer. During the internship, you will join a team managing staff coordination for Nelonen Media Live's summer festivals. You will utilize your knowledge and contacts in personnel services and showcase your personality in various ways. Our values are based on personal customer service and caring for our employees. You will learn and develop, and see firsthand how Finland's best events are executed with regard to staffing! During the internship, you will gain valuable experience in the daily office work of a personnel service company, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. You will communicate with employees and clients, coordinate staff according to client needs, and learn to use ERP systems, conduct job applications and interviews, and draft employment contracts. The work is mainly based in Tampere. During festivals, we are the first to receive staff at event sites across Finland. We expect you to have experience in event work, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks. The internship duration is ideally at least three months, with the preferred period being June-August. The internship is unpaid, but there is a possibility of paid employment during the internship based on client needs. Work hours are flexible between 8-18 on weekdays, with weekends mostly free.
