Job Description
Köyliö Prison is a 73-bed closed prison for men, part of the South-West Finland Crime Prevention Center. Approximately 50 professionals from various fields work at Köyliö Prison. As a security guard, your duties include ensuring daily operations run smoothly within the prison. You are responsible for maintaining safety and adherence to rules. Your tasks include a wide range of security duties within the prison, as well as transportation and surveillance tasks outside the prison when needed. In addition to surveillance work, you serve as a daily support and guide for inmates towards a crime-free life. The role emphasizes active interaction with inmates. In this position, you have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the client group and contribute to societal safety by influencing recidivism.
