Construction professionals for element factory in Leppävirta - RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy

We are looking for construction professionals for our client’s element factory in Leppävirta for a fixed-term employment. In this role, you will participate in the production of various building elements as part of a skilled team. Tasks include manufacturing, assembly, painting, outfitting, and finishing and packing of finished products. The work is practical, allowing you to see the tangible results of your work as part of completed building solutions. We expect from you: Experience in construction or woodworking industry for at least 2-3 years Good teamwork skills, as you will work in pairs or teams Fluent Finnish language skills Good physical condition Proactive and responsible work attitude The work is performed in two shifts on weekdays: Morning shift 6 am – 2 pm Evening shift 2 pm – 10 pm We offer you: Diverse work in the growing construction industry Good onboarding and support from an experienced team Opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in element production Competitive salary A pleasant and relaxed work community The work begins with onboarding as agreed, and continues at least until mid-July – there is also a possibility for longer employment.
