Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and development-oriented data expert to strengthen TVO Group’s analytics and reporting solutions at Olkiluoto. The role is within IT and supports strategic goals, especially in data management, reporting capabilities, and Microsoft Fabric platform utilization. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, developing semantic models and measures using DAX, leveraging Power Query and Fabric components for data transformation, ensuring quality, performance, security, and access management, participating in platform development, acting as a technical expert and sparring partner for business stakeholders, and collaborating with architects, data experts, and external partners. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) certification, Fabric Analytics/Power BI certifications, experience with DAX calculations, data modeling, performance optimization, CI/CD models, self-service reporting, and interest in AI-assisted analytics. The ideal candidate has relevant education, experience with Power BI components, semantic modeling, data structure, and quality, and can communicate technical concepts clearly. They are proactive, meticulous, and interested in developing data-driven management capabilities.
