Full-time Craft Teacher for Basic Education - Harjavallan kaupunki - Harjavalta, Finland

Harjavalta Education Services announces the opening of a full-time craft teacher position (35671). The role involves teaching craft (soft materials) at both middle and elementary schools. The position requires an independent work approach and good collaboration skills. In the future, the role may include teaching elective craft courses. In middle school, craft is taught to 7th grade students with 3 lessons per week per class; the remaining lessons will be from elementary schools. We offer a cooperative work community and support for the job. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on qualifications for teaching staff (986/98). The position includes a six-month probation period. The selected candidate must provide a medical certificate of health and a criminal record extract in accordance with Act No. 504/2002 before appointment.
