We are now looking for an operating room nurse for the eye unit in Kamppi. As an operating room nurse at Terveystalo, you will perform diverse tasks and develop your skills in different workstations. Your duties include operating room tasks such as instrumentation and circulating in the operating room. You will also work in other eye unit stations as a pre- and post-operative nurse and assist ophthalmologists with initial measurements and room maintenance. The position is full-time and fixed-term, covering parental leave from June 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The work involves two shifts and may include weekend work. Compensation consists of task-specific salary, possible personal allowance, and employee benefits. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (TPTES) for this demanding group VR4 is €2786/month, with potential increases based on experience and location. Additional pay factors include personal performance, special responsibilities, and seniority (4 years +6%, 7 years +11%).
