We are seeking an equipment supervisor for our client in a permanent position as part of a practical and diverse work environment in Helsinki. The role is suitable for a person who enjoys varied tasks, proactively takes on challenges, and values quality workmanship. The equipment includes, among others, parcel and box trucks as well as suction and pressure washing vehicles. Practical understanding of heavy vehicle technology and maintenance is beneficial. The main focus of the job is on equipment maintenance, coordinating repairs, and handling minor repairs and servicing. The role also includes small-scale property maintenance tasks, adding variety and diversity to the work. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operational reliability of the equipment in collaboration with drivers and maintenance partners. Tasks include handling fault reports, organizing maintenance and inspections, and performing practical maintenance and upkeep tasks. You will ensure that the equipment remains safe and operational on a daily basis. The role does not require a fully qualified heavy vehicle professional. We especially value technical interest, a practical approach, and motivation to learn and develop skills. Practical understanding of heavy vehicle technology and maintenance is advantageous. We require from you: - Valid C-driver's license - Understanding of heavy vehicle or utility vehicle technology - Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented work attitude - Motivated mindset and desire to develop your skills. Previous experience with transport equipment, utility vehicles, work machines, or heavy vehicles is considered an advantage.
