HubSpot CRM Specialist - IFS - Remote - Global

As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will be a key member of the Global Business Operations team, responsible for the implementation, administration and ongoing optimisation of HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM. You will support pipeline management, sales reporting, deal tracking, automation and integrations across the sales organisation. The role is suited to someone with strong CRM administration experience who enjoys improving processes, solving technical challenges and increasing sales productivity. Key Responsibilities include CRM administration, cross functional CRM projects, CRM analysis & issue resolution, process improvement, business partnering, and supporting integrations with tools such as contract management, screening tools, Dun & Bradstreet, and other connected sales technologies. The role requires strong analytical and technical systems knowledge, project management skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and strong documentation skills. Qualifications include 2 to 4 years’ experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, a university degree or equivalent, fluent English, understanding of CRM systems, sales automation, workflows, and experience delivering CRM enhancements. Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge is advantageous. Desirable skills include experience in a global matrix organization, AI-powered tools, background in Information Sciences, interest in HubSpot’s product roadmap, additional language skills, and HubSpot certifications.
