As the Principal, you are responsible for the school's pedagogical leadership, administration, and personnel management in cooperation with the school board, teaching staff, and parents. Your duties include, among others: - strategic and pedagogical leadership of the school's operations - development and implementation of Steiner pedagogy in daily practice - personnel administration and supporting teachers - planning of finances and resources together with the board - cooperation with homes, stakeholders, and authorities - external representation of the school Requirements - principal's qualifications (higher education degree in education, teacher qualification, sufficient leadership experience, and a degree in educational administration according to Decree 986/1998) - experience in leading a school or a similar organization - interest and/or experience in Steiner pedagogy (training can be arranged upon starting the position) - good interaction and cooperation skills - ability to lead change and develop operations We value - Steiner pedagogical training or willingness to complete it - experience in leading a small/medium-sized school community - knowledge of financial administration We offer - a meaningful leadership position in a unique school community - a committed and enthusiastic staff and parent community - the opportunity to develop Steiner pedagogy in the Pori region
